 Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking of a Confinement Therapist / Confinement Consultant is  ONLY applicable with a deposit of 50% for a package as is appropriate.

2. The balance of payment must be settled fully on the third day of service. 

3. Additional transportation charges will be applied to locations outside Bandar Baru Bangi area.

4. The Therapist or Consultant will only work within her job scope and stipulated time.  The Company will charge overtime charges for any extra or additional hours incurred.

5. Please notify us once you / your wife are in the Labour Room in order for us to prepare the Therapist or Consultant upon your discharge.

6. Please do not treat the Confinement Therapist / Confinement Consultant as your own domestic maid.

7. Our Confinement Therapists / Consultant are only required to perform their duties to look after the mother and the newborn.  All work done is according to the schedule or checklist provided by Sentuhan Bonda Confinement Services or Bidan Desa Networks.

8. The Therapist shall not be allowed to look after the other siblings.

9. Please give clear instructions to avoid any misunderstanding.  The instructions should be only from the Mother.  Instructions from any member of the family shall not be entertained.

10. The Therapists shall not be allowed to perform any massage to any of the family members and friends during the booked treatment session.  You may book for a different session with the Therapist or Consultant.

11. You are advised to make a booking a month prior to your EDD (Estimated Delivery Date).  This is to avoid overlapping appointments.
